Responsibilities
- Develop new front-end solutions, features, enhancements, and source-code changes for engineering programs and projects.
- Adapt, integrate, code, test, debug, document, and maintain application components and system solutions.
- Perform unit and component testing, peer code reviews, quality reviews, and defect remediation.
- Own features from ambiguous requirements through production and collaborate on user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done or ready.
- Analyze technical requirements and recommend practical engineering solutions aligned with performance, architecture, delivery, and innovation goals.
- Provide technical expertise during incident management, outage analysis, impact assessment, and incident resolution.
- Apply secure coding practices, manage technical risks, document decisions and lessons learned, and follow enterprise technology and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with development teams, technology partners, stakeholders, and leadership while sharing knowledge and supporting team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3 or SCSS.
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and using Git and modern source-control practices.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently own a feature from an ambiguous requirement through production.
- Preferred experience includes modern reactive UI patterns, micro-frontends, multi-team codebases, Java Spring Boot, microservice architecture, RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL Server, and cloud CI/CD-based deployment environments.
