Responsibilities
- Design and build robust frameworks and tools for developers.
- Improve foundational web architecture and CI/CD capabilities.
- Identify and solve site-wide challenges with scalable solutions.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance performance and reliability.
- Mentor colleagues and participate in code/design reviews.
- Use AI to accelerate execution and ensure quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years in FullStack/Web development with mastery of JavaScript, CSS, and browser fundamentals.
- Experience with React, Redux, GraphQL, TypeScript, and testing libraries.
- Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD flows.
- Experience with Node.js and server-side rendering frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- History of leading large-scale projects that improve developer experience.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of new web technologies.
- Experience using AI to enhance development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
