Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered product experiences for user workflows across North.
- Design and ship new interfaces for interacting with AI models.
- Develop evaluation, observability, and feedback systems for AI experiences.
- Enhance AI reliability through product design and user feedback.
- Transform production failures and user feedback into product improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to define success metrics for workflows.
Requirements
- Experience shipping LLM-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.
- Strong software engineering skills across backend and user-facing systems.
- Focus on user outcomes and system behavior rather than just model metrics.
- Strong product taste and understanding of user interface and workflow integration.
- Ability to debug real-world failures and implement durable improvements.
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and working across system boundaries.
