Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered product experiences that help users create, configure, evaluate, and improve workflows across North
- Design and ship workflow builders, proactive assistants, review flows, and other interfaces for interacting with models
- Build evaluation, observability, and feedback systems for AI experiences in enterprise workflows
- Improve AI reliability through product design, prompting, context construction, tool-use strategies, instrumentation, and feedback loops
- Use production failures, user feedback, and real-task data to improve product behavior, evaluation suites, regression tests, and modeling signals
- Collaborate with modeling, product, design, customer teams, and domain experts to define quality and ship measurable improvements
- Determine whether workflows need constrained product experiences, improved model interfaces, stronger evaluations, or deeper modeling investment
Requirements
- Experience shipping LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-assisted product experiences into production and improving them with real-world feedback
- Strong software engineering skills across backend systems, user-facing product, data, evaluations, and model behavior
- Focus on user outcomes and system behavior rather than model metrics alone
- Strong product judgment and care for the interaction between interface, workflow, and model
- Ability to debug real-world failures and turn production, user testing, and evaluation findings into durable improvements
- Ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and collaborate across system boundaries
