Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and monitor AI agents, intelligent workflows, integrations, and enterprise automations that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with leaders across IT, people operations, marketing, sales, finance, legal, procurement, HR, and operations to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Translate stakeholder requirements and complex business problems into AI-first technical solutions.
- Develop business cases covering ROI, implementation costs, benefits, timelines, and strategic alignment.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI solutions, tools, platforms, frameworks, templates, and reusable patterns.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, office hours, enablement materials, brown bags, and technical talks.
- Build an AI and intelligent-agent community of practice and evangelize engineering and agentic AI best practices.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and continuously assess solutions for potential enterprise adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
- A proven record of designing, building, and deploying integrations and automated workflows that delivered measurable business value.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, AI assistants such as Gemini and Claude, AI agents, agentic workflows, and prompt and context engineering in enterprise environments.
- At least 2 years of experience with RAG, vector databases, MCP, and agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangSmith.
- At least 5 years of experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with AWS or GCP, Snowflake or Databricks, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience integrating multiple enterprise SaaS platforms, including Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, Atlassian, or Google Workspace.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence without authority.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and adapting to ambiguity in a rapidly evolving AI environment.
