Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement prototype perception algorithms and systems.
- Deliver robust and maintainable C++ code for edge and robotics platforms.
- Construct and refine real-time perception pipelines including detection and tracking.
- Integrate Machine Learning and Computer Vision models for Hayden-specific applications.
- Drive technical decision-making in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Collaborate with the Product team and cross-functional Engineering departments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- 5-7+ years of experience in prototyping and deploying algorithms in Robotics or Computer Vision.
- Strong background in robotics, state estimation, computer vision, or applied machine learning.
- Experience delivering complex, production-grade software systems.
- Proficiency in modern C++ and experience with real-time systems.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
