Responsibilities
- Lead backend engineering efforts.
- Design and implement data pipelines, APIs, and data-unification strategies.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and integrity of partner profile data.
- Implement operational batch-processing capabilities across the platform.
- Establish consolidated data views and access management for multi-unit business structures.
- Implement automated push notifications for authorized users.
- Contribute to event-driven and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate on processes, standards, designs, and software delivery with distributed international engineering teams.
- Develop product-oriented software, define features, participate in workshops, and communicate technical work to product teams.
- Own workstreams, track progress, and communicate status to the Technology Manager and team.
- Improve engineering processes, designs, and practices.
- Support changes through production and verify that they continue to work effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a .NET engineer.
- Hands-on experience with PHP.
- Experience with modular API and UI patterns.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Experience delivering high-quality software using established practices and maintaining quality throughout the software lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate on complex problems.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Critical thinking, good communication, and ability to work effectively in distributed cross-functional teams.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues, influence stakeholders, and manage personal work.
- Confident intermediate English proficiency or higher.
