Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and agent solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Design modern AI architectures and integrate them into existing system landscapes.
- Build production-ready solutions using engineering practices, testing, and automation.
- Develop agentic systems with frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain, and AutoGen.
- Implement AI solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Agents.
- Collaborate with customers and project teams to identify, design, and implement valuable AI use cases.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, mathematics, or a comparable field.
- At least two years of professional experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, or data and analytics.
- Experience developing AI applications, ideally involving RAG, APIs, or production-oriented AI services.
- Knowledge of Python, C#, or comparable programming languages.
- Experience with APIs, software integration, and a structured software development lifecycle.
- Very good German and English language skills at C1 level.
- Preferred: experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 Agents.
- Preferred: knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Preferred: experience with Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, monitoring, or production-oriented AI systems.
