Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into applications and development workflows.
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI agents for automation and improved user interaction.
- Implement AI-driven features using modern frameworks, APIs, and services.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, architects, and engineers in multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Participate in the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis through production deployment and support.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and resolve technical issues across applications and AI components.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Depending on experience, lead small development teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to solution design and technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of professional software or full-stack development experience.
- Hands-on experience using AI and Generative AI tools in application development.
- Experience designing and deploying Generative AI agents or AI-powered features.
- Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend and API development experience with Python, .NET Core, or Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
- Understanding of containers and container orchestration.
- Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include team leadership or mentoring experience, familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Copilot, AI orchestration or agent frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, consulting, and customer-facing project delivery.
