Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into applications and development workflows.
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI agents for automation and improved user interaction.
- Implement AI-driven features using modern frameworks, APIs, and services.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, architects, and engineers in multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Participate across the software lifecycle from requirements analysis through production deployment and support.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and resolve technical issues across applications and AI components.
- Contribute to solution design, technical decision-making, continuous improvement, and potentially mentor colleagues or lead small development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software or full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience using AI and Generative AI tools in application development.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI agents or AI-powered features.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid backend and API development experience with Python, .NET Core, or Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
- Understanding of containers and container orchestration, plus experience with Azure or another major cloud platform.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, curiosity, and continuous-learning skills.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include experience leading or mentoring development teams, familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Copilot, AI orchestration frameworks, or agent frameworks, CI/CD and cloud-native architecture experience, and consulting or customer-facing project delivery experience.
