Responsibilities
- Design and develop new full-stack features in collaboration with engineers, designers, and product teams.
- Own technical decisions and take features from concept and architecture through launch and production.
- Review code and collaborate with teammates to maintain engineering quality standards.
- Investigate logs, metrics, and error reports to troubleshoot issues and improve the system.
- Partner with Client Operations to resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with strong frontend and backend experience.
- Strong skills in TypeScript and React.
- Experience building scalable web applications and understanding databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Ability to collaborate across teams in English.
- Experience working in an early-stage, product-based startup.
- Preferred experience with Prisma, Next.js, GraphQL, urql, Apollo, AWS, S3, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, Jest, Cucumber, Playwright, Vitest, or regulated industries.
- Interest in mentoring and helping teammates grow.
