Responsibilities
- Lead clients in AI adoption, develop AI visions and target architectures, and translate them into prioritized transformation roadmaps.
- Design software architectures and develop state-of-the-art software systems for client initiatives.
- Support multiple teams in solving complex frontend and backend development challenges.
- Introduce and improve AI usage across the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in all phases of interdisciplinary software development and coach colleagues and client teams.
- Identify bottlenecks, enable engineering teams across disciplines, and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
- Solid knowledge of both frontend and backend development and relevant industry trends.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages from the Java, JavaScript, or cloud-native ecosystems, including examples such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, or Go.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools such as code assistants and LLM-based workflows and guide teams in AI adoption.
- Hands-on mentality, strong knowledge-sharing ability, and fluency in written and spoken English.
