Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deliver end-to-end product capabilities in cross-functional teams.
- Develop performant, reliable, resilient, and scalable services using Java, TypeScript, and React.
- Build capabilities that help customers detect, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats.
- Reduce noise and enrich security signals with relevant security and observability context.
- Use AI tooling for implementation, exploration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while maintaining engineering quality and security standards.
- Help implement pragmatic AI-assisted engineering practices that improve developer effectiveness.
- Mentor and support colleagues in an inclusive, collaborative, and knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and experience building robust backend services.
- Experience with TypeScript and React, or willingness to learn on the job.
- Understanding of software design, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and reliable service operation.
- Experience using AI development tooling responsibly for code exploration, implementation, test design, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Ability to combine AI-assisted workflows with validation, secure coding, review, and accountability for production outcomes.
- Empathetic, collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
