Responsibilities
- Own projects from customer problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, and measurement.
- Build dashboards, conversation replay, cost and token breakdowns, and workflows for debugging multi-agent systems.
- Design fast, queryable APIs and data experiences for large volumes of conversations and complex traces.
- Surface common agent failure classes as actionable issues.
- Improve setup and onboarding across different technology stacks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, SDK engineers, and product engineers on customer-facing experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript, plus Python with Django or a similar framework and a relational database such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience driving non-trivial projects end to end and influencing other teams.
- Experience designing and building data-heavy interfaces with messy, large-volume data.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Must live in the Vienna area or be willing to relocate.
- Bonus: experience with LLMs or agent frameworks, application monitoring or observability, OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse or similar analytical stores, developer-facing products, SDKs, public APIs, or open-source projects.
