Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end projects from customer problem discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, and measurement.
- Build across the full stack using React and TypeScript in the browser and Python, Django, and PostgreSQL behind the API.
- Partner with SDK and ingest teams to shape telemetry contracts and coordinate cross-team implementation.
- Improve developer-facing APIs, workflows, interfaces, usability details, performance, and error handling.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers while communicating technical decisions through written documentation and updates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript, plus Python with Django or a similar framework and a relational database such as PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated ability to drive non-trivial projects end to end and gain agreement across teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Bonus: familiarity with application monitoring and observability, developer-facing products, SDKs, public APIs, high-volume data stores or streaming systems, ClickHouse, Kafka, or open-source contribution.
