Responsibilities
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk.
- Translate ambiguous product problems into usable systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch and improve products.
- Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and support operational scale.
- Monitor, debug, learn from, and improve shipped work in production.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
- Experience working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
- Frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or a similar modern stack.
- Backend fundamentals in APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Ability to work quickly amid ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Applicants must already be based in Austria.
- Candidates should demonstrate personal contributions to building, shipping, or scaling a serious product, platform, or system.
