Base Salary

$181k - $248k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead impactful customer technical projects by delivering production-grade systems.
Guide strategic customers in implementing big data projects from design to deployment.
Advise customers on architecture and design to enhance their understanding of Databricks.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer needs and best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer engagement requirements.
Contribute to reusable assets and best practices that influence the product roadmap.

6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
Proficient in coding with Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
Familiar with at least one major Cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Deep experience with Apache Spark and knowledge of its runtime internals.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes for production deployments.
Experience with MLOps and AI model integration.
Proven track record in managing technical project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
Ability to travel to customer sites 20% of the time.
Databricks Certification is preferred.
