Responsibilities
- Design and build the control plane for Neki clusters.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for customer databases.
- Develop tooling and automation for database operations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for database support.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their workloads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale systems.
- Strong proficiency in Go and familiarity with languages like Ruby and Python.
- Experience with distributed, fault-tolerant services.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications.
- Experience in building and operating distributed systems at scale.
