Responsibilities

Serve as a technical advisor to customers deploying new products and workflows with AI models.
Partner with account executives to understand customer product requirements and architect solutions.
Guide technical architecture decisions for building products with LLMs via API.
Develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites for customer deployment.
Lead technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams.
Identify common design patterns and provide insights to Product and Engineering teams.
Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities and AI product stacks.
Travel to customer sites for workshops and relationship building.
Attend conferences and contribute to thought leadership through writing and speaking.

4+ years of experience in technical roles such as Customer Engineer or Technical Product Manager.
Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and deployment at scale.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience building production applications.
Expertise in LLM implementation patterns and evaluation frameworks.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and find simple solutions to complex problems.
High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration.
Passion for advancing safe and beneficial AI systems.
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
