Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer text and email agents using Krew’s proprietary email agent framework.
- Maintain and develop the email agent framework.
- Develop custom performance and quality evaluations for the agents.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-time professional, non-internship experience in full-stack, backend, or AI engineering.
- Backend development experience with Python.
- Experience integrating language models into AI applications.
- Experience in FinTech, risk management, or compliance is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph is preferred.
- Experience fine-tuning models is preferred.
- Experience building, using, or refining benchmarks is preferred.
- Former founder experience is a bonus.
