Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Use SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and help manage team performance.
- Analyze complex system requirements and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team problems.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Apply integration techniques and data synchronization across enterprise systems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is required.
- Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is mandatory.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex system requirements.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and data synchronization.
- Ability to use modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
