Responsibilities

- Apply LLMs and automation to enhance financial workflows.
- Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, and operations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and build valuable solutions.
- Design systems considering accuracy, security, compliance, and user trust.
- Transform manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering ability with a focus on building, not just strategy.
- Experience in developing AI agents, LLM applications, and automation workflows.
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Good judgment on automation opportunities and limitations.
- Ability to deliver working systems and improve their reliability over time.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or operations automation is a plus.
