Responsibilities
- Own and evolve AWS infrastructure including ECS, RDS, and S3.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Set up monitoring and observability systems with tools like CloudWatch and Datadog.
- Implement secure-by-default practices for compliance readiness.
- Write automation scripts in Python and Bash for various operational tasks.
- Assist with Postgres database operations including tuning and migrations.
- Prepare for future container orchestration with EKS or Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or SRE roles.
- Strong experience with AWS, particularly ECS and Terraform.
- Experience in implementing monitoring systems and incident workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash for automation.
- Familiarity with Postgres in a production environment.
