Responsibilities
- Define and ship data pipelines for customer-facing analytics.
- Create a serving layer for delivering analytics with strong guarantees on accuracy and latency.
- Develop enrichment pipelines to transform raw data into usable entities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data-powered features.
- Build a robust data engineering foundation for future team needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with data-powered products.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ClickHouse or Redshift.
- Ability to differentiate between functional queries and those that perform under load.
- Experience in technical architecture discussions and rapid implementation.
- Ownership mentality focused on outcomes rather than scope.
