Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated web application test solutions using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Build scalable, reliable, reusable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Create and execute automated tests covering functionality, performance, quality, API validation, and end-to-end workflows.
- Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured and support testing across integrated systems.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and quality engineering teams to improve software quality.
- Apply quality assurance, test automation, and SDET practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Use Generative AI tools, including Copilot, to improve testing efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Development Engineer in Test roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript for web UI automation, including framework design and maintenance.
- Experience building scalable automation frameworks using Page Object Model, data-driven, hybrid, or BDD approaches.
- Experience with API automation testing using Rest Assured, Postman, and REST service validation.
- Experience designing and executing end-to-end test automation across integrated applications and platforms.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, defect management, and quality engineering practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and automated test execution pipelines.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and related sprint and backlog activities.
- Knowledge of Git, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI-assisted testing and development tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
