Responsibilities
- Build and operate Python backend services on AWS, including Lambda functions, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event-driven pipelines.
- Design and maintain the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows.
- Work on AI initiatives including MCP servers and an agentic co-pilot.
- Address latency, reliability, and scalability challenges in production systems.
- Contribute across implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, architecture, code reviews, and development tooling.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape product direction and user experiences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience delivering moderately complex projects or features.
- Experience with React.
- Experience working with Design Systems to provide consistent user experiences.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Berlin HQ, London office, or Iași hub.
