Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement APIs for customer portals and internal tools.
- Own features through design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production operation.
- Use Gradle and CI/CD pipelines to deliver software.
- Deploy and operate services in AWS and Kubernetes, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews and team ceremonies while collaborating with Product Managers and frontend engineers.
Requirements
- Professional experience developing with Java and a good understanding of Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with microservice architectures, REST APIs, and data handling with tools such as Jackson.
- A record of delivering stable features and owning work from discovery through delivery.
- Comfort with Gradle, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows, or a strong interest in developing these skills.
- Willingness to work with AWS and Kubernetes and take operational responsibility for services.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a diverse, international team.
