Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on AI agents and core platform capabilities that capture data from inboxes, web portals, and connected sources.
- Develop backend services and production APIs for reconciliation, journal entry generation, and reporting workflows.
- Integrate and operate large language models and agentic systems in production.
- Work with design partners and customers to gather requirements, communicate trade-offs, and inform the product roadmap.
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle from early design through deployment and iteration.
- Help attract and evaluate talent as the team grows.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience, including evidence of shipping real products or meaningful side projects.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and strong computer science and engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on production experience with LLMs and agentic or autonomous systems.
- Experience building or maintaining AI-native operations infrastructure, such as accounting, reconciliation, or treasury systems.
- Domain knowledge in private markets fund accounting, reporting, reconciliation, or treasury processes.
- Ability to work across the full product lifecycle rather than specializing only in backend or frontend development.
- Eligibility to work in Germany.
Benefits
- Salary range of 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
