Responsibilities
- Design and maintain backend infrastructure for permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability.
- Manage hosted and self-hosted deployment architectures using infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Improve production reliability, performance, security, observability, and auditability.
- Partner with product to deliver features while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive AI-native development practices to support rapid, high-quality releases.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of professional backend development experience.
- Production experience building backend services with TypeScript and NestJS.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
- Experience managing deployments with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- A track record of improving production reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability.
- Practical production experience with AI, ML, LLM, or AI-native systems.
