Responsibilities
- Develop and improve backend RESTful web services, including integrating LLMs and contributing to web-based clients.
- Build and maintain high-quality, tested code within a cross-functional Scrum team.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural advisory forums while sharing knowledge with peers.
- Own feature design, code quality, and explainability when using AI coding tools.
- Iteratively deliver code, maintain a strong CI/CD pipeline, and automate processes where possible.
Requirements
- Backend engineering experience with Go, Java, or Kotlin.
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and ownership skills.
- Understanding of testing practices and responsibility for code quality and correctness.
- Preferred experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Preferred experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with REST and microservices.
- Good English communication skills and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
