Responsibilities
- Manage the software development lifecycle leading to packaged releases of Luminance software for clients.
- Ensure the release lifecycle operates efficiently and to a high standard while helping meet commercial goals.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and weak points in the SDLC.
- Propose or build human and automated solutions that improve SDLC efficiency, reliability, and visibility.
- Provide assistance and guidance to technical teams and direct other teams when appropriate.
- Organize, simplify, and communicate information to different stakeholders while balancing delivery and quality pressures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree with a First or 2:1, preferably in a technical subject.
- Scripting experience in one or more of Python, Bash, JavaScript, Ansible, or SQL.
- High technical proficiency and the ability to build solutions when required.
- Broad operational understanding, empathy for different teams' needs, and familiarity with Luminance's people and product.
- Project management, customer focus, pragmatism, adaptability, reliability, and strong communication skills.
