Responsibilities
- Deliver quality assurance for projects, initiatives, products, and releases.
- Implement test strategies and create, review, maintain, and execute functional, non-functional, regression, and non-regression tests.
- Define test cases from customer requirements and maintain traceability to specifications.
- Design and develop test cases and scripts using test frameworks such as Robot and Playwright.
- Prepare test environments and data, execute tests, monitor results, and report test execution.
- Identify risks, gaps, and impacts and improve the non-regression test repository.
- Document software defects, provide defect information to developers, validate fixes, and provide production sign-off.
- Participate in specification reviews and communicate testing activities to developers, product analysts, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with Business Analysts and QA colleagues across teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Experience with test automation using Robot and Playwright.
- Experience with functional and API testing, including different types of functional testing.
- Knowledge of data-driven testing and experience with SQL.
- Knowledge or experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
- Exposure to Java, Python, or JavaScript is desirable.
- Performance testing knowledge is desirable.
- Travel industry knowledge, API testing, and Agile methodology practitioner experience are preferred.
- English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
