Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies and plans with traceability to requirements, standards, and compliance expectations.
- Design, prepare, execute, and maintain functional, non-functional, and regression test cases.
- Automate tests when needed and contribute to improvements in automation frameworks.
- Log, prioritize, and manage defects; support resolutions and verify fixes before release.
- Report testing progress and milestone visibility to stakeholders.
- Participate in specification and architecture reviews to identify risks and gaps.
- Mentor newcomers, support QA peers, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Use and improve QA tools and frameworks while contributing to process and environmental-impact improvements.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in full-stack development and testing, with 2–5+ years stated as the target range.
- Automation testing experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git is valued.
- Experience with Jira, Scrum, or Agile frameworks is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Octane, Confluence, Selenium, travel technology, Couchbase, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker is advantageous.
- Strong oral, written, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
- English proficiency is required.
