Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Analysts and Developers to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Prepare test environments and data and develop and execute manual test cases.
- Provide go/no-go recommendations based on defined exit criteria.
- Identify test cases for automation and execute automated scripts using Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
- Maintain test strategies, test cases, automated scripts, and test results.
- Open and document defects, assign severity, and provide investigation details.
- Communicate testing progress, results, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Provide production support for tested features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration with IT experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in software QA or testing roles.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automated testing tools.
- Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools to develop, improve, and maintain test automation scripts.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
