Responsibilities
- Execute manual test scenarios for new UI features.
- Perform API, backend, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Build and maintain automated tests using C#/.NET.
- Analyze product functionality, user flows, errors, and failures to identify defects.
- Review system logs in Datadog.
- Verify functionality independently with minimal documentation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and client teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in bi-weekly release activities and provide support during late-night releases.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience with strong manual and automated testing expertise.
- Hands-on test automation experience using C#/.NET.
- UI testing experience with Playwright or similar tools.
- API testing experience with Postman or similar tools.
- Backend, integration, and end-to-end testing experience.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals and best practices.
- Ability to work with limited or incomplete documentation and changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive and autonomous approach to work.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Familiarity with Datadog, GCP, Harness, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Copilot is desirable.
