Responsibilities
- Execute manual test scenarios for new features, primarily across the UI.
- Perform API, backend, integration, and end-to-end testing as requirements evolve.
- Build and maintain automated tests using C#/.NET.
- Analyze product functionality and user flows to identify issues and bugs.
- Review errors, failures, and system logs in Datadog.
- Verify functionality independently with minimal documentation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and client teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in bi-weekly release activities and provide support during late-night releases.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience with strong manual and automated testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using C#/.NET.
- Solid UI testing experience, including Playwright or similar UI automation tools.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience with backend and integration testing.
- Experience testing end-to-end functionality and identifying defects independently.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with limited or incomplete documentation and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive and autonomous approach to work.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Desirable: familiarity with Datadog, GCP, Harness, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered tools.
