Base Salary
$89k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own meaningful features and services end to end — design, build, ship, and operate them in production.
- Contribute to architecture decisions in the AI/agent and product systems.
- Write high-quality, well-tested, observable code and assist others through reviews and pairing.
- Ensure privacy, security, and responsible handling of health data.
- Break ambiguous product problems into shippable work and make pragmatic trade-offs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to turn requirements into working software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Strong engineering skills with the ability to own a feature or system end to end.
- Experience operating what you build, including testing, deployment, and observability.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move from rough problems to shipped solutions.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well across product, design, and engineering.
- A genuine interest in improving healthcare alongside an interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to work from the San Francisco office a minimum of 2 days per week.
