Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and establish coding standards for the team.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, Backend, Web, and other teams in a cross-stack environment.
- Introduce technologies, tools, and processes that improve developer productivity and product quality.
- Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack.
- Develop and maintain unit and golden tests.
Requirements
- At least four years of programming experience, including at least one year of app development.
- Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as fastlane and GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling.
- Strong ownership, self-drive, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus.
- Native iOS or Android development experience, mobile automated testing, gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, DataDog, Figma, and open-source experience are nice to have.
