Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company’s mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and establish coding standards for the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, testers, backend teams, web teams, and other stakeholders in a cross-stack environment.
- Introduce technologies, tools, and processes to improve developer productivity and product quality.
- Identify and resolve performance and stability issues across the full stack.
- Provide technical leadership, ownership, and initiative within the team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of programming experience, including at least 1 year of app development experience.
- Expert knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with unit tests and golden tests.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling.
- Strong ownership, initiative, leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar technical field is advantageous but not required.
- Native iOS or Android development experience, mobile automated testing, gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, DataDog, Figma, and open-source experience are advantageous.
