Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the mobile application for iOS and Android with Flutter.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and define coding standards for the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, testers, backend teams, web teams, and other stakeholders.
- Introduce technologies, tools, and processes that improve developer productivity and product quality.
- Diagnose and resolve performance and stability issues across the entire stack.
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of programming experience, including at least 1 year of app-development experience.
- Expert knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with unit testing and golden tests.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar technical field is advantageous but not required.
- Preferred: experience with native iOS or Android development or automated mobile testing.
- Preferred: experience with gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, or DataDog.
- Preferred: knowledge of Figma and open-source experience.
