Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship AI-powered security products and large-scale, multi-tiered distributed systems.
  • Develop end-to-end full-stack experiences spanning front-end interfaces, back-end services, REST APIs, and intelligent middleware.
  • Build agentic architectures, conversational interfaces, RAG pipelines, and automation workflows using real-time threat data across multiple clouds.
  • Plan implementation, estimate effort, drive phased rollouts, and own delivery outcomes across systems and operations.
  • Prototype rapidly, validate hypotheses with customers, and iterate on greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Collaborate with security researchers, applied scientists, product managers, and UX designers to shape product direction.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Contribute to technical reviews, mentor teammates, and champion AI-first development practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • 1+ year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • Experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding practices.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Preferred: experience building agentic coding processes such as Ralph loop or parallelized agentic development.
