Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop innovative cardholder experiences.
- Lead the development of React Native-based SDKs and applications.
- Architect and implement reusable React Native components.
- Optimize performance for mobile applications using various techniques.
- Work hands-on with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Define and contribute to technical roadmaps and design documents.
- Participate in design discussions and establish best practices.
- Advocate for modern engineering practices, including automated testing and CI/CD.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web and mobile application development with a focus on React Native.
- Strong proficiency in React Native, including experience with React Navigation and native module development.
- Experience integrating React Native applications with native iOS and Android components.
- Deep understanding of React.js, Redux, or similar state management frameworks.
- Experience with design systems and component-based architecture.
- Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL into applications.
- Familiarity with mobile authentication techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading mobile development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
