Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction of the design system, including token architecture and components.
- Shape how AI coding agents build UI through component APIs and documentation.
- Modernize frontend foundations, including component architecture and tooling.
- Raise the bar for frontend quality, focusing on performance and accessibility.
- Build reliable infrastructure for the system, including testing and CI/CD.
- Establish frontend best practices across teams for consistent user experiences.
- Influence product decisions by surfacing technical constraints and opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building frontend products with ownership over architecture.
- Experience evolving a design system used across multiple teams or products.
- Deep frontend expertise, including TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.
- Proven ability to improve product quality in performance and usability.
- Strong product and design instincts with a focus on user experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering and design.
- Interest in AI-assisted development workflows and design systems.
