Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy production-grade RAG workflows and intelligent internal automation tools.
- Build modular automation components and maintain a reusable enterprise component library.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual deployment work and increase release reliability.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and observability standards for critical internal automation APIs and workflows.
- Partner with AI Champions in Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify bottlenecks and enable safe self-service automation.
- Maintain stable infrastructure, automated testing, documentation, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience turning experimental AI concepts into scalable production systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build reliable, maintainable automation frameworks and measurable operational improvements.
- Ability to work with internal business stakeholders and create solutions that non-technical users can safely adopt.
- Ability to operate with test-driven development, CI/CD, release processes, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Strong ownership, self-direction, and a track record of delivering excellent results.
