Responsibilities
- Design and ship core agentic systems for planning, tool use, memory, and long-horizon task execution
- Build evaluations, datasets, and model post-training pipelines that improve product reliability and trust
- Partner with customers to understand finance workflows and apply those learnings to product improvements
- Own work across agent architecture, model post-training, and new product surfaces
- Help shape architecture, hiring standards, and engineering culture as an early engineer
Requirements
- Experience architecting and building scalable systems
- Experience with agentic products or infrastructure, including reliability and performance of complex multi-step systems
- Deep experience with API design, service communication patterns, and database optimization
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ownership of the full lifecycle of production services
- Ability to develop proof of concepts, make decisions quickly, and ship early product versions
