Base Salary
$295k - $445k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality product experiments across the full stack.
- Translate ambiguous user needs and emerging technical capabilities into testable product concepts.
- Own technical direction for 0-to-1 projects while balancing speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with design, product, research, and engineering teams to dogfood, evaluate, launch, and transition successful experiments.
- Use user research, metrics, and product data to guide iteration and prioritization.
Requirements
- Track record of building and shipping end-to-end products in fast-moving, startup, founder-led, growth, or other high-ownership environments.
- Strong frontend engineering skills with sufficient backend and systems depth to make full-stack architectural decisions.
- Product intuition and ability to use evidence, user research, and product data to make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- Ability to operate autonomously, move quickly through ambiguity, and create lightweight structure.
- Clear cross-disciplinary communication skills and willingness to learn what is needed to move a product forward.
