Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing features spanning database models, GraphQL resolvers, and UI components.
- Optimize the data synchronization stack through improved serialization protocols.
- Add real-time collaborative editing to the content editor.
- Improve performance by profiling and tuning virtualized list rendering.
- Add analytics, monitoring, and alerts to improve operational incident response.
- Open-source non-trivial innovations developed through product work.
- Help redefine software development processes for a purpose-built product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company.
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals with full-stack experience across browser technologies, Node, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features with visible product impact.
- Product sensibility focused on user experience, speed, and polish.
- Ability to work independently without heavy product-management overhead and help shape problems.
- High ownership, self-direction, and full-lifecycle feature delivery.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, async-first environment with a lean, high-output team.
- Experience at a startup or a company with a genuinely high engineering bar.
