Base Salary

$100k - $130k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and application owners to gather IAM requirements and conduct onboarding assessments.
  • Analyze systems and processes for IAM integration opportunities and identify gaps between application requirements and IAM capabilities.
  • Assist with onboarding users and applications to SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, and PKI services.
  • Support configuration and technical validation of SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk IAM solutions.
  • Analyze authentication methods and troubleshoot integration issues using logs, tokens, and assertions.
  • Validate provisioning, deprovisioning, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC, entitlement, and access-design flows.
  • Develop and maintain IAM documentation and provide support for IAM issues.
  • Stay current with IAM industry trends and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of IAM, security engineering, or identity operations experience.
  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk.
  • Understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP authentication protocols.
  • Ability to interpret SAML assertions and JWT tokens.
  • Experience with provisioning and deprovisioning flows and understanding of Joiner/Mover/Leaver lifecycle processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements and engaging application owners in onboarding-readiness discussions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and customer-focused skills.
  • Scripting experience is a plus but not required.
