Base Salary
$180k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype integrations between partner products and the Nebius platform.
- Define scalable reference architectures and build production-quality proofs of concept across agentic pipelines, RAG, inference optimization, and multi-model orchestration.
- Scope partner architectures and integrations for feasibility, complexity, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Work directly with partner, product, engineering, ISV, systems integrator, and field teams.
- Translate external integration findings into product requirements and platform roadmap input.
- Maintain integration patterns and reference architectures for internal product and engineering teams.
- Represent Nebius at hackathons, open source communities, and technical events.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in AI application development, ML systems, or AI infrastructure.
- Deep working knowledge of LLM APIs, inference runtimes, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, RAG architectures, and agentic pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
- Strong Python programming skills and the ability to rapidly prototype end-to-end AI systems.
- Experience defining reference architectures, technical patterns, and integrations across APIs and developer platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly deliver meaningful working prototypes under time pressure.
- Ability to work simultaneously with external partner engineering teams and internal product and engineering teams.
- Strong technical communication skills for explaining architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, speculative decoding, quantization, batching, KV-cache routing, NVIDIA CUDA, TensorRT, NeMo, multimodal AI models, developer advocacy or solutions engineering, AI startups, open source projects, public demos, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
