Responsibilities
- Develop and operate AI-driven and agentic Salesforce automation solutions for release impact analysis, case deflection, org health, code quality, security, and compliance reporting.
- Implement Salesforce changes, enhancements, integrations, and application development in collaboration with business partners and technical leaders.
- Apply CI/CD, code review, continuous integration, automated testing, monitoring, data masking, and backup and restore practices.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions meet security, data governance, identity and access management, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and recommend process improvements based on new platform features and functionality.
- Create and maintain solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform Administrator or Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Lightning Component Framework, SOQL, Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Salesforce DevOps processes and Git branching and merging strategies.
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and least-privilege principles.
- Experience with AI development tooling.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Platform Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist, and Copado Fundamentals I and II.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products is preferred.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects independently are preferred.
