Responsibilities
- Write programs/scripts to automate routine operational tasks.
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across product teams.
- Support cloud infrastructure management using Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Help operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters and supporting services.
- Contribute to GitOps workflows for declarative deployments.
- Maintain observability tooling for metrics, logging, and alerting.
- Manage on-prem and cloud resources, assisting with cost monitoring.
- Participate in incident management and on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery.
- Document procedures and learnings clearly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems/cloud engineering.
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes concepts.
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Basic understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
- Eagerness to learn in areas like GitOps and observability.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Continuous learning mindset and first-principles thinking.
