Responsibilities
- Act as solution architect and lead developer for large OneStream EPM transformations from end-to-end design through implementation.
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into OneStream blueprints, EPM architectures, integration decisions, and data validation activities.
- Lead the development of proof-of-concepts for prospects and support OneStream practice growth and business development initiatives.
- Develop finance models covering costing, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation.
- Ensure application builders and developers apply best practices in workflows, calculations, and related development activities.
- Coach OneStream implementation associates and serve as a key client contact during projects.
- Provide OneStream subject matter expertise and train end users and team members on tool capabilities and model functionalities.
Requirements
- University degree and at least 6 years of work experience.
- Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with OneStream; experience with Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, Pigment, or Oracle EPM is also relevant.
- Experience working as a OneStream architect on at least two projects covering process and tool design, configuration, testing, training, and hypercare.
- Working knowledge or relevant project experience in consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or reporting.
- OneStream Lead Architect certification, or at least 3 years of OneStream implementation experience with motivation to obtain the certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, initiative, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French; additional languages are an asset.
- Exposure to finance process, systems, organization, working capital, cash flow, or cost-reduction improvement initiatives is an asset.
- Consulting experience is preferred but not required.
