Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate business processes into executable workflow solutions.
- Model and implement BPMN workflows and automate decision processes using DMN.
- Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support Camunda workflow automation solutions.
- Lead workflow solution design, process architecture, process modeling standards, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Develop Java and Spring Boot services supporting workflow execution and business process automation.
- Integrate Camunda with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and messaging platforms.
- Provide recommendations on process optimization, workflow modernization, and automation best practices.
- Mentor developers, conduct design reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Travel up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in enterprise software development, including at least 4 years of hands-on Camunda implementation experience.
- Strong experience with Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, DMN, workflow orchestration, process automation, and microservices-based architectures.
- Experience designing and delivering Java and Spring Boot services for workflow execution and business process automation.
- Experience integrating Camunda with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and messaging platforms.
- Experience defining workflow architecture, process modeling standards, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Experience mentoring developers and conducting design reviews.
- Comfort working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with Camunda 7/8, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Camunda Optimize, Camunda Operate, Camunda Tasklist, workflow monitoring, and financial services workflow implementations.
